Chef Joao Faraco was voted the best in The Canaries. Now he has opened a restaurant in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, so we had to try it.
Puerto Calero is Lanzarote’s original marina, located close to Puerto del Carmen. As well as yachts, you’ll find bars, shops and restaurants there.

This a a lovely walk from Puerto Calero, which takes you to the next village along the coast – Playa Quemada. Not strenuous and cold beer at the finish!
