What they say about us

By the way, we have been coming to Lanzarote for well over 20 years, (I first came in 1987). I have read your books (love them) and keep going back to them every time I am there.

Brenda Harris

Can I take this opportunity to say I enjoyed you books and could not live without your weekly news letter. It keeps me going waiting for my next visit to Lanzarote. Thank you for all your hard working.

John McMahon

Thanks for the hire car, I have hired cars for many years in all corners of the world and I have to say this was the best value package I’ve ever come across, we won’t hesitate to contact you for our next hire car.

Lanzarote Restaurant Review – MargheRita, Puerto Calero

We stopped in Puerto Calero for lunch this week as we needed something quick to fill a gap between meetings and we fancied pizza, and spotted MargheRita. Miguel went for his usual, a pepperoni pizza but I spotted something on the menu described as a chicken salad pizza, which intrigued me. The chicken salad pizza…

Our meal at Restaurante Las Maretas this week was definitely worth waiting for, and I’m not referring to the service. This restaurant has been tucked away in the corner of the Las Maretas commercial centre in Costa Teguise for closing in on 30 years, and yet this is the first time we’ve eaten there, despite…
