A Group of Tourist Apartments in Puerto Del Carmen is looking for an Accounting Assistant to cover for a leave of absence.
This is a great opportunity for the right person a full Spanish contract will be given, therefore all legal work permissions must be in order.
It is imperative that the successful candidate has a working knowledge of accounting terminology and procedures. Excellent maths skills, a high level of experience with MS Excel and the ability to spot numerical errors is essential. This right person will be organised, have meticulous attentions to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. The role will consist of entering financial data into spreadsheets and accountancy software (Contawin and IGC Management), reconciling accounts on a regular basis, working toward producing monthly accounts, assisting in all areas of the administration department. Having the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Ultimately the role will be helping the accounting departments run smoothly and efficiently in all areas.
The candidate will need to be able to communicate 100% in both written and verbal in Spanish and English.
