This lovely Vacation Rental Home is located in the quiet residential area of Los Alisios in Playa Blanca which is part of the Faro Park development. It boasts of sea views from the alfresco dining area over to the neighbouring island of Los Lobos. There is an off road parking space and plenty of room on the road itself as it is a very quiet cul-de-sac.

Within walking distance you will find local bars, restaurants, and provisions stores for recently baked bread, daily newspapers and also a cafe which makes fresh cakes.
The Vacation Rental Home has 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a kingsize bed and en suite marble bathroom with shower over the bath. From this bedroom the patio doors lead out onto the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds looking onto the pool area. The second bathroom is also fitted out in marble and has a large walk in shower.
The airy comfortable lounge also overlooks the heated pool and patio area. There is a large flat screen TV with Internet TV which includes BBC, ITV and Channel 4. There is also DVD & Wifi provided via router (password provided in the villa) at no extra cost and a Hifi with radio and CD player.
In the fully fitted modern kitchen you will find an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and even a coffee maker. The washing machine is in the utility room for your use along with the iron and board.
Outside you will find the private heated pool with cover, 4 sun loungers with cushions, patio furniture, stone Canarian BBQ and children’s play area with slide and swings. Please keep an eye on children at all times whilst playing outside. The alfresco dining which consists of a large table, 4 chairs and seating in total for up to 8 people looks out onto the terrace and play area.

Linen, towels, tea towels, safe and a hairdryer are all provided but you must supply your own beach towels which can be purchased in resort also.
