Casa Lucinda is furnished to a high, modern standard throughout, and features high domed ceilings for a cool and spacious feel.

There are comfortable, twin leather sofas, LED smart tv with English channel and WIFI in the lounge.

A fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob and full size fridge/freezer.

Master bedroom has a comfortable double bed with fitted wardrobes , with a safe. Air-conditioning available on a coin operated basis.

Twin room has two single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobes.
Bathroom has a bath and shower above, bidet and large vanity unit.
Outside there is an alfresco dining area, with a large rattan dining table and four chairs.
The private electrically heated pool is 6mx3m,and is 1.75m at it’s deepest end.
There is a traditional Spanish BBQ and four teak sunloungers.
Secure off road parking with gated access.

Notes

Casa Lucinda will be cleaned on guests arrival – bedlinen, towels and beach towels are all provided.

Pool will be cleaned for your arrival and throughout your stay. Pool heating is included in the price from November-March.

A welcome pack consisting of a bottle of Cava, water, milk, tea and coffee on arrival.
A cot and highchair are available on request at no extra charge.
No smoking policy at the villa.
There is a £150 damage bond payable with this villa.
No parties of adults allowed 30 years of age or younger.

Prices include pool heating-winter months only.
Costs are up to 4 people sharing for a week.
Change over days are flexible.
7 Night minimum stay.

Prices are from £700 per week – contact now for the rate for your dates and party size.

A 25% non refundable deposit will be payable on confirmation of booking, with the balance due eight weeks prior to arrival.
A damages deposit of £150.00 is required, payable with the balance, and this will be returned within a week of your return subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
