Perfect for relaxing with a book and early evening cocktails to watch the sun setting.
Steps lead down to the large heated swimming pool (10 x 4) and patio area perfect for sunbathing in total privacy. The jacuzzi is also on this terrace.
The terrace also leads down to the spacious bedrooms both with coin operated air conditioning each with a luxury en suite bathroom fitted to a high specification. There is no internal access to the 2 lower bedrooms from the ground floor. The lower floor is accessed from the ground floor patio doors down the steps to the lower floor.
This property is set amid mature gardens of traditional plants, private courtyards with numerous seating areas to relax, There is a Canarian BBQ and dining area to the side of the Villa with sea views and a pool table to keep everyone amused.
