This villa is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 5 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
This beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 en-suite bathroom Villa has been furnished by a local interior designer to a very high ultra chic standard.
Nestled in the quiet Residential area of Playa Burgado you will find this Villa ideally located as it is only a short 5 min drive into the center of Playa Blanca. From the Villa you will reach the Ocean in about 2 minutes on foot and the Coastal promenade that runs into Playa Blanca.
The light airy lounge is beautifully furnished with a flat screen, IPTV and Satellite TV with BBC1 and 2, Channel 4 and 5, ITV, RTE and full sports/movie package. There is coin operated air-con in the lounge and WiFi is also included in the price.
From the lounge you will find an internal dining area that leads to the open plan fully fitted kitchen with all mod cons which include and oven/hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The washing machine can be found in the utility area.
The master bedroom with a Moroccan feel has its own large en-suite bathroom with a large bath, separate walk in shower, toilet, twin sinks and bidet.
The other bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a super king-size on request (please advise upon booking if you require the twin bed or super king-size bed option) has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink.
A stand up fan is provided in each bedroom.
There is a safe for your belongings.
Outside you will find the very private patio/pool area with rattan sun loungers and a comfy seating area with patio table and chairs.
The pool is 7m by 4m, has a solar cover and is electrically heated in the winter months (November to April). There are Roman steps to enter the pool (the depth is 1.2 to 1.6 metres) which is salt chlorinated which is kinder to the skin than traditional chlorinated pools. A barbeque and an outside heated shower compliments this lovely outside space.
A BBQ is also provided for your use.
A beach towel per person staying will also be provided.

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 4.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A £5 ADMIN BOOKING FEE
Please note the rates shown are for 2 persons per week. Please add £60 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 4 in total.
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
