This beautiful Vacation Rental Home is located just 15/20 minutes walk from the centre of Playa Blanca with its seafront promenade and beaches and is less then 20 mins walk from the impressive Lanzarote Princess, Princesa Yaiza or Hesperia Dorada hotels.
The Vacation Rental Home is furnished to a very high standard throughout, with optional air conditioning available (metered, paid locally – provides heating in the winter) in the lounge/diner and two of the bedrooms.
It has a total of 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, with the option of a put-you-up bed, and 2 modern bathrooms. The contemporary master bedroom has a large double bed and is accessorised with luxurious red/purples silks/chenilles. It has a deluxe en suite bathroom with his and hers vanity sinks, plus full-size bath/shower with limestone flooring throughout. The two charming twin bedrooms, thoughtfully decorated, have the benefit of a deluxe wetroom-style double shower, wc and marble washbasin.
The stylish kitchen is fitted with all the mod cons to make for an easy holiday and leads on to a spacious utility room which houses the washing machine and provides ample space for drying. The luxurious living room and open-plan beech dining room, with cream leather sofas are accessorised with chocolate brown and duck-egg blue. Tranquil, relaxing and contemporary!
TV with English satellite including BBC 1/2, ITV, Channel 4/5, RTE 1/2,CBBC,CBeebies, Popgirl, SKYNews plus many more. WIFI is also available at no extra cost. DVD, and a selection of books, games and DVDs are provided for your convenience and enjoyment.

This outstanding Vacation Rental Home has a private electrically heated swimming pool (between November and 1st May) with roman style steps leading into it.
A high perimeter wall affords an unusually high degree of privacy yet still provides you with stunning mountain views! It also ensures that any tiny feet remain securely within the boundaries of this villa! The large, canarian style, outside barbecue is all that the chef of the family could ask for, and the teak patio furniture finishes off that alfresco dining experience. The extensive patio area allows you to lie back and enjoy the sun on the deluxe sun beds provided.
Patio doors lead directly from both lounge and master bedroom to the large veranda.
Notes
Cot, high chair, buggy and steriliser can all be provided upon request for the new addition to the family and a selection of toys and inflatables are provided for extra enjoyment.
Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided however you will need to bring your own beach/pool towels.
