A lovely bright and airy 1 bedroomed apartment located on the first floor of a small and quiet complex in Matagorda. South facing large balcony with sea views. It comprises of spacious living kitchenette area, one large bedroom with twin beds and bathroom. On site use of industrial washer and dryer (payable locally). A 5 minute walk to a choice of 3 beautiful beaches, shops and restaurants, making it an ideal location. Busier Puerto del Carmen is approx 30 minutes walk.

Lounge: bright and and airy space. There is a sofa, tv cabinet and 55” flat screen TV. Fire stick with access to all English TV, with over 10,000 movies and sports channels . Side table with lamp and separate one for drinks.
South facing balcony with new bistro table and chairs. 2 Separate chairs. Washing drying rail.
Kitchen: Well equipped kitchen. Breakfast bar and stools, air fryer, kettle, toaster, 2 ring hob. Crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, cooking utensils, pans and tea towels.
Bedroom: lovely bright contemporary space. 2 single beds, bedside cabinets, dresser with ample storage, double built in wardrobe with ample hanging space, drawers and storage boxes. Shoe rack, brand new iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Bathroom: Good size shower, toilet, sink and laundry basket.
Notes
Club Guacimeta has a lovely communal pool along with a kids pool and plenty of sun beds. Pool table (payable locally). The complex is located near the main shopping complex in Matagorda, where there are plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. The lovely promenade is 400 metres away that runs all the way up to Arrecife to the left or Puerto del Carmen harbour to the right.
