Casa Talessa V3 consists of 2 detached villas (larger house and smaller house) situated next to each other in the same grounds and are connected by a short footpath within the garden. It has a private heated swimming pool and amazing 180 degree sea views encompassing the Marina Rubicon to the east and the lighthouse to the west. The views also take in the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos to the South. It is situated in an elevated position near the end of a cul de sac and so is in a very quiet location.

The villa is located in a prime residential area situated in an elevated position approximately 15 minutes walk from the Playa Flamingo beach, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants but there is also a local supermarket within a 5 minute walk nearby and a bus stop for the bus which circulates Playa Blanca.

This is a unique opportunity to stay in a lovely home with a private pool and unrivalled views over Playa Blanca, Los Lobos and Fuerteventura, the design of these properties has been to maximise the spectacular views from most rooms and the terrace. Thus this is an ideal location for a large party of family/friends with children taking a holiday together, sleeping a maximum of 12 people. Guests can really benefit from the outdoor life here as there are extensive terrace areas and a large covered terrace, so that the outdoors can be enjoyed at all times of the year. There is a large permanent table under the terrace roof, ideally suited for a large group, with easy access to the kitchen when dining outside.

LARGER HOUSE

Both properties at Casa Talesa V3 are comfortable, modern and stylish. The accommodation consists of 3 double bedrooms: 1 with king size bed, 2 with twin beds, 2 bathrooms: 1 en-suite to master bedroom, 1 next door to a twin bedroom. The en-suite bathroom has a w.c., walk-in shower, wash basin. The 2nd bathroom has a shower over bath, wash basin and w.c. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds with storage underneath, a hairdryer and air conditioning unit. There is a large flat screen TV in the lounge with internet TV channels and free wi fi is available throughout the villa. A large picture window looking onto the terrace and superb views over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos is the focal point of the lounge. There is a door from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area with sun loungers and parasol plus a patio dining set. The main entrance to the house is at the rear into a small vestibule with a small book library, from the lounge there is an archway into the dining room which is circular and again has the same wonderful views. The dining room leads into a modern kitchen which is completely fitted with separate oven and hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron and granite work surfaces throughout the kitchen The kitchen door conveniently leads out onto the terrace with dining area and barbecue. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows.

SMALLER HOUSE

The accommodation consists of 1 twin bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, wash basin, w.c., lounge, dining area and kitchen. Mosquito nets are fitted to all opening windows. There is a large terrace with patio dining set, sun loungers plus parasol, barbecue and the most spectacular views. The patio is secluded and is not seen from the main house it also has a roofed area for dining or lounging.

The main door leads directly into the lounge which is comfortably furnished, it has a flat screen TV with internet TV channels. The large picture window is the main focal point of the lounge because there are superb views over the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. From the lounge there is a circular dining area also with views, leading through into the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, iron and has granite work surfaces fitted.
Free wi-fi is available in both houses.

There are coin operated air conditioning/heating units in all bedrooms and portable heaters for the winter months.

Bed linen, bath and hand towels for use within the villas are provided but pool and beach towels are not however they can be hired.

Notes

Free wi-fi is included and there is also air conditioning which works on a pay as you go basis. All the villa linen and towels are provided, the villa is fully cleaned with a complete linen and towel change for your arrival, which is repeated at the end of each week. There is also a mid-week towel change and light clean. Pool/beach towels can hired if required. The nearest facilities are as follows:
