The apartment is new to the rental market and has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. The bedroom has a san extra large double bed. The whole apartment has been totally modernized up to a high standard and has a completely open plan layout.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar where you can sit and enjoy the sea views. It consists of a hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. The lounge is very comfortable with a large TV which has all UK channels.
The fabulous balcony has an outside table and chairs for dining and relaxing.
The property is within walking distance of local bars and restaurants and there are 3 dive schools and the wonderful Playa Chica beach within walking distance, the latter is perfect for sunbathing, swimming and snorkelling.

The apartment will be cleaned before your arrival and you will be provided with bed linen and towels. If staying for 2 weeks, the apartment will be cleaned after a week and linen and towels will be changed.
