Set back along a dead end street there is minimal traffic, so maintaining privacy while being a mere 2 minute driving into the heart of Playa Blanca.

Boasting 5 bedrooms (1 double & 3 twins but all 3 twins can be made into doubles if requested) in the main Vacation Rental Home and a self contained 2 bedroom annex (2 twin rooms), extensive gardens and a huge pool (11m x 4.5m), this Vacation Rental Home is certainly one of a kind. The pricing includes all facilities such as pool heating, internet/Wi-Fi, a welcome pack on arrival, mid weekly towel changes, and full linen change and clean if staying for longer than 8 nights.

The main Vacation Rental Home can sleep up to 10 people plus a further child can be accommodated on a fold away bed.
For parties larger than 11 the 2 bedroomed self contained Annex will be opened up, this sleeps a further 4 people but a further child can also be accommodated on a fold away bed also in the Annex so a total of 14 adults and 2 children can stay at this beautiful property.

There is a £500 damage bond to apply with this Villa.

There is a 7 night minimum charge for this Vacation Rental Home except low & mid season when there is a 5 night minimum.
