What’s On
There’s another free classical concert in Puerto del Carmen on the 27 February at 8pm.

The Canarian championship has a sprint duathlon event in Arrecife on 28 February.

The carnival programme continues in Arrecife. There’s a party at El Almacén tonight, a street process at 12.00 tomorrow, followed by entertainment on three different stages in the capital. Sunday includes a performance from local dance schools.

Monday is the big parade, departing from the Cruz Roja on the Medular at 6pm.
Wednesday is the burial of the sardine procession, along the sea front at 6pm.

It’s also carnival in San Bartolomé and Playa Honda, their parade is on Carnival Tuesday at 12.30 in San Bartolome. Plus the burial of the Guachinango with a bonfire of the fish on the beach Playa del Curita on Friday 20th.
