Villa Victoria’s prime position means there is no need for car hire, as it is situated 150 metres from bars and restaurant/700 metres- beach/ 20 min walk to main town- Costa Teguise, making this the ideal setting for a relaxing, family holiday. There is a private, heated swimming pool (heated not only with solar but with a heat pump which gives a guaranteed temp of min 25 degrees throughout the year + plus a paddle pool supplied for babies with+ soft play mats- the pool area is accessed through secure gates-ideal for families with toddlers)
The spacious front sun terrace with large cane sofa ideal for grandparents has a large shaded canopy which over-looks the front garden beautifully lit at night. The front and rear patios have 2 swinging hammocks/dining tables and plenty of sunbeds with lovely padded cushions+large barbecue. The exterior lighting is excellent offering a romantic setting for alfresco dining – ideal for winter holidays. This villa offers clients absolute luxury !-, situated in a prime location on Costa Teguise’s most prestigious private villa estates, property inland restrict client’s enjoying Costa Teguise beautiful coast-no car needed for this property. It is a perfect villa for six adults, two children and two babies. There is also a sofa bed should a larger party wish to be accommodated(ideal teenagers with privacy screen.
There is free internet access with windows live messenger / skype / voipstunt also Playstation 2 with games – all free of charge- also to to keep the children happy. Also satellite TV with a few English channels (lots dvds and videos) a lovely play area with trampoline, Wendy house, sand and water table,-slide, paddle pool and toys.
