The exterior patio has flexible shade and comfy cushions to all outside furnture and inside the furnishings are to a very high standard. The gated play area has a slide- play house- play kitchen and trampoline and we supply free of charge 2 adult bikes with infant seats and numerous children bikes and scooters.

Prices range from £1350 per wk for 4 persons using 2 bedrooms – £2106 for up to 10 persons with 2 free infants- we provide a detailed quote with no obligation and take most credit cards by secure email link. We only accept family bookings of all adults over 30 years- the deposit to book is £500 per wk plus 1.5% card charge and the remainder is due 8 wks prior to arrival

The owners reserves the right to charge full occupancy peak time and we take a retainer of £250 which is returned the day guests leave- retainer conditions are sent before anyone books.

£2106 for up to 10 persons plus 2 free infants in cots using 4 double bedroom plus the lounge sofa bed with topper and free air con and heat pump to the pool we supply a whole range of free equipment – list provided to guest that request a quote plus a free welcome pack – details also given in your quote.
