The villa is walking distance to all amenities, including shops, restaurants, bars, bank, tourist office. It is is an upside down two storey Villa with wonderful Sea Views.

Downstairs there are three bedrooms, master double with en suite bathroom, two further twin rooms with a further shower room. A lower terrace leads off the bedrooms.

Upstairs there is an open plan Lounge, Dining, Kitchen with an outside terrace with patio furniture for six people. As you can see from the photos, the Villa has been renovated to a high standard with large terraces on both floors. The property is licensed as VV accomodation and legal for tourism.

The facilities include TV with all UK channels, plus Sky Sports and Sky News. There is free Wi Fi throughout the villa. The bedrooms benefit from climate control (metered). The villa is fully equiped with washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and everything for a self-catering holiday.

Playa Bastian has three pools, two heated in the winter, and a fantastic Tapas Bar, which is very good and extremely reasonably priced.
