The property is well appointed and suited for catering for 11 people comfortably. The property is on one level so suitable for families of all ages or mature groups. It is not overlooked, so very private and suitable for naturists.

The electric entrance gate opens to a large area offering secure parking. Villa access is through the front door and hallway leading to the lounge.
The lounge is spacious with 3 comfortable settees, large flat screen tv offering English and international internet programming, Netflix and Amazon music unlimited via Alexa Amazon Echo or Hi Fi .
Double doors lead into the morning room which has a whicker design table and chairs to one side and gym equipment on the other comprising of weights stack, static bike, orbital trainer and top of the range Concept2 professional rowing machine. Double patio doors lead to the outside terrace.
The kitchen is very large with a gas hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee machine and all the necessary crockery and cooking implements. There are large dining tables in the lounge and kitchen, with a small childrens table and chairs.
Bedroom1. King size bed, fitted wardrobe, tv, air conditioning and a large en-suite bathroom with shower area.
Access to bedroom 2, 3 and shared bathroom is through an archway from the lounge.
Bedroom2. King size bed, tv, air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, patio doors onto the terrace and shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Bedroom3. Twin beds, tv, DVD player, fitted wardrobe and shared bathroom with shower/bath.
Bedroom4. Access from the entrance hallway. Three beds, tv, air conditioning, freestanding wardrobe and en-suite with shower.
Bedroom5. Access from the entrance hallway. King Size bed, tv, work desk and fitted wardrobe. Patio doors onto a small terrace. Large ensuite bathroom with shower.
All the showers are fitted with thermostatically controlled taps ensuring an unchanging and safe temperature of your choice.
All the beds in Villa Olivina have good mattresses and hotel quality bed linen, full sized, Egyptian 400 thread cotton sateen for maximum comfort, after all, you will spend about a third of your holiday in bed!

Notes
Housekeeping at Villa Olivina is provided on a weekly basis, with a towel change midweek. There is a pool cleaning service provided. Bath towels and poolside towels are provided, for use on the property only.
A generous welcome pack is supplied to ensure a cold drink and a snack at the end of your journey.
A car is highly recommended, although bars, restaurants and a supermarket are within a 10 minute walk. Lidl supermarket is open every day and an easy 5 minute drive away.
The property is situated centrally on the island in a quiet residential area. Tias golf course 5 mins, Airport 6 mins, beaches in Puerto del Carmen 7 mins, Playa blanca and ferry to Fuerteventura 30 mins, Orzola and boat to La Graciosa 45 mins.
The internet, WiFi, Satelite tv, Netflix and Amazon Music Unlimited, vía Amazon Echo, are provided free of charge.
Cot with mattress, high chair, baby bath, changing mat and also cot sides for use on a single bed for a young child are provided free of charge.
