The villa is set in a 1250 metre plot with magnificent sea and mountain views and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms plus a double sofa bed. It benefits from a large private heated pool with no extra charges and totally free air con providing heating and cooling.

There is  a lovely play area and  the villa sleeps 7 persons in beds + small double sofa bed suitable perhaps for teens + 2 infants.

The villa is ideal for wheel chair users. The villa has a landline number offering free telephone calls for taxi and has all modern comforts.

Bed 1- king + en-suite + 1 cot bed or cot

Bed 2- double + also 1 single + en-suite

Bed 3 has a double bed next to the family bathroom – a double with sea view

Conservatory with double sofa bed suitable for teens

Cots available + high chairs- baby equipment free of charge + assorted bikes

Villa Lillos has a large indoor BBQ plus large play area with trampoline/wendy house/table tennis/sand and water table

The villa is fully air conditioned for cool or heat and the pool has a heat pump set at 28 degrees with solar cover for swimming the whole of the year!

We supply an assortment of children’s bikes that can be used on the huge circular driveway- we take all credit card payments for a charge of 1.5% – deposits are £500 per week with the remainder due 8 wks prior to arrival.

Notes

Villa Lillos is a €5 taxi ride into the main town of Costa Teguise. Car recommended, but not essential.
