The property is just a 5 minutes walk away from the nearest beaches, 10 minute walk to the small shopping centre shopping center ‘El Pueblo’ in Las Coloradas with its restaurants and bars and a 12 minutes walk to Marina Rubicon.
The Living Room is spacious with a very cozy atmosphere, equipped with a comfortable sofa for relaxing and a wall mounted Flat screen TV with IPTV and Netflix giving the option of a night in with thousands of channels to watch including all UK channels..
It has 3 good sized bedrooms equipped with fans and wardrobes.
On the ground floor you will find a double room with remote control operated light and fan. Fitted wardrobes for those all important flip flops.
Also on the ground floor is access to a cloakroom with a toilet and wash basin.
Double Bedroom two is located on the first floor with remote control operated light and fan plus fitted wardrobes.
Twin bedroom number three is also on the first floor complete with a set of drawers for those important holiday clothes.
Both first floor bedroom together with the twin room downstairs have access to the family bathroom, which consists of a bath with shower over, toilet and sink. A hair dryer is provided for your use.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker ‘Dolce Gusto’, dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, electric hob, plancha and mixer.
You will find the washing machine outside in the drying area.
Outside is the heated pool (4.2m x 3m, approx depth 1.6m) with steps entry comes complete with a pool cover together with 5 sun loungers and a barbecue and dining area with comfortable seating set.
There is a roof terrace with a couple of chairs for a bit of star gazing and something cold to drink.
A personal safe is also provided.
Off road parking is available.
