A brand new 8m x 4m kidney shaped pool was installed for 2021 and there is also the benefit of a luxury hot tub situated in the large garden.
There are 2 bedrooms that share a family bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has the benefit of air conditioning (coin operated) and the twin room has an electric fan if required.
The spacious lounge/dining area is open plan with bifold patio doors leading to the beautiful garden area. There is IPTV TV will hundreds of channels to watch including ITV and BBC and Wifi free of charge at the Villa.
The modern kitchen has a cooker/hob, microwave and fridge freezer and the washing machine is in the utility area.
Outside you will find a delightful mature garden and on the terrace a ratan sofa set with coffee table, 4 sun beds and of course the luxury Hot tub. The garden area is very private and not overlooked.
Notes
Linen and towels are supplied but not pool/beach towels.
