Beach House Lanzarote (Los Alsios) is one of the few houses right on the shore to have the Certificate of the Costa. Built in Franco’s time, the house has the unique charm of a rural villa, yet with full modern facilities.
The beach is literally on your doorstep at this unique property. There is a small beach below the house accessed by steps; a larger beach to the left of the property is only 30 seconds away. Dolphins, whales and many sea birds visit the shore right in front of the house including osprey and other birds of prey. Remember to bring your binoculars!
The house is also perfectly situated below the Avenida de las Playas, only minutes away on foot from all the best supermarkets, restaurants, bars and shops.

Outside, there is a barbecue leading onto the main patio; perfect for alfresco dining whilst the sun goes down. The three patio areas have many seats, sun loungers and pergolas offering shade. Enjoy the sea breeze and watch the kids in the sea!
We have super fast free wifi.
In the colder months, heating is provided by electric radiators and an electric log burner.

Terms and conditions
Please note the deposit is non refundable the balance is payable eight weeks before arrival. Please make sure you have your holiday insurance in place prior to paying the balance in the case of cancellation during this eight week period. New laws on the island ask us to provide details of passports of the lead guests in the party also a full address and telephone details. These are measures to combat terrorism and protect the island we require these details at the time of booking.
