The high-quality interior of Montaña Vista features a contemporary style throughout. The modern fitted kitchen includes an integrated refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, combination oven, induction hob, saucepans, cutlery and crockery and tea towels, it also features a breakfast bar with comfortable seating for four.
The bathroom has a bath with shower including hair dryer, vanity unit, wc, hand towels and bath towels.
The lounge area has corner sofa which converts to a double bed, a 50” TV, all uk/Irish channels, full sky and sky package including all sports plus local channels and a Play Station 4.
There are two double bedrooms with double beds with ample wardrobe space, each has ceiling fans or portable fans and heaters for the rooms.
The property has an Iron and ironing board.
Outside there is private parking with electric gate and there are wonderful panoramic views of the sea and the mountains from the terraces and well maintained private 320m2 garden which is exclusive to the apartment.The barbecue terrace is equipped with a table and seating for four plus sunbathing area or you can relax in the hot-tub situated on the veranda of the apartment enjoying a glass of local wine.
Away from traffic and mass tourism, situated on the southern slopes of the mountains facing the ocean, Montaña Vista is located in the lovely village of La Asomada 12 minutes drive from the airport and only 7 minutes from the popular beaches and resorts of Puerto del carmen and Puerto Calero. There is a local restaurant within a five minute walk and a good supermarket only 1.9km away. It is also only 3km to the popular wine region of La Geria.
Either with the frequent local bus service or cheap car rental getting around is no problem.
La Asomada is an ideal place to rest, to stroll, relax and practice all kinds of adventure sports, it is a favourite starting point for hikers and mountain bikers alike to enjoy the mountain trails with views of the coast and Fuerteventura on one side and the Timanfayer National Park on the other.
It is also a prime location for road cyclist to enjoy the smooth tarmac and winding mountain roads of Lanzarote leading through the national park and beyond.

Cleaning at the end of the stay is included in the cost, intermediate cleaning and change of linen/towels by request at an additional charge.
A laundry service is available for 10 Euros per load.
On request there are electric and normal mountain bikes for hire on site with an option for guided tours.
