Imagine walking around our house. You enter the large garden and think how big it is and your own private pool. You might also notice the new patio in grey and lava features around the pool. You will notice a picture window that replaces boring blue doors. Inside amongst the lovely pictures are lovely wicker chairs a TV with lots of U.K. channels. The kitchen is up to date and modern. Upstairs you will be amazed by our new bathroom replacing the horrible old one and go WOW. Hello we are now in the master bedroom which is a great size and you will love your very own bathroom. You also have a good size second bedroom with two very comfortable single beds and pretty pictures on the wall. We listen to our clients to always give them what they want and many come back.

Nobody likes a dirty home so we have high quality cleaners who do all the mopping change beds and dust. We like you to get a nice impression.
Because we bought this property nearly twenty years ago we were able to get the best property position near the Marina Rubicon which means you are near to Bars, Beaches, Restaurants all on foot. For people who love Playa Blanca you will not be disappointed with the location of this villa but why go out when the garden is so good and you have a brilliant BBQ?
