Jamjeka is one of the Casas del Sol, a tasteful, tourist registered development of villas set in beautiful Canarian, well kept gardens with communal heated , sea water swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, opposite the old harbour only a few minutes walk to the town centre, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and three glorious sandy beaches.

The delightfully well maintained villa, (easy access for reduced mobility,) with fully equipped south facing open aspect patio, receiving sun from morn to night with glorious sunsets.
The patio sliding door leads to the L shaped living area with 3 speed ceiling fan, 3 piece suite, dining table , chairs and storage cupboards, together with flat screen TV receiving BBC, ITV and incorporating CD and DVD players with a selection of music, films and numerous books plus own internet access.
The fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space includes oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave etc.
The bedroom has twin beds, that can be together or separate depending on your preference. There is a mosquito net at the window, and an air conditioning unit. It has a double wardrobe ,including a digital safe,with drawers and dressing table with mirror and light over.
A hair dryer, iron, and ironing board are supplied, and a full length mirror.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower , sink unit with drawers, storage unit , large mirror with lights , electric socket and WC.
All windows and doors have mosquito nets.
There is a mid week cleaning service with linen and towels changed weekly, and there is a washing machine in the outside storage.
Notes
There is a tennis court and boules rink, with rackets, balls and boules available from reception with a small deposit fee as is the safe key.The reception is open every day 8am – 10pm manned by very helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and local staff who are able to offer advice on the area, excursions. There is also a small shop in reception.
Car park at reception although a hire car is not essential.
There is an excellent taxi service and local and intercity bus service with bus stop just outside the complex.
Nearby there is a twice weekly market, new yacht marina, boat trips, bike hire ( some electric ! ),diving lessons and coastal walks.
