This beautiful villa’s master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, extensive wardrobe space and en-suite marble bathroom with shower over the bath. The second bedroom provides a double bed, plenty of storage and wardrobe space and a built-in safe. Both bedrooms look out onto the pool area. A separate shower-room features a washbasin, vanity unit and toilet along with a spacious walk-in shower.
In the fully fitted kitchen you will find an oven, hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, air fryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The utility room provides a Bosch washing machine along with laundry basket, iron and ironing board. There is also an external washing line.
The comfortable, spacious lounge opens onto a large patio area, garden and private heated pool. Dining options include a dedicated internal dining area, a large breakfast bar and an alfresco dining table and chairs seating 6.
Entertainment at Isla Bonita comes in the form of Internet TV (giving access to all UK channels including BBC, ITV, etc., Sky Sports/Movies and Netflix) which can be viewed on a large, 55-inch, flatscreen TV.
A separate home entertainment and relaxation area is serviced by a 32-inch LG television, DVD player and a selection of CDs, DVDs and large choice of books. A dedicated workstation supported by high-quality internet access makes this the ideal location for remote-working.
Outside, the large, south-facing patio can be shaded by an extending canopy providing plenty of sunbathing space to relax amongst mature Canarian gardens. This outdoor area is completed by a sofa, chairs, coffee table and 5 luxurious sun loungers with cushions. A traditional Canarian BBQ is supported by 2 dedicated alfresco dining areas.
The heated pool is 8m x 4m, ranging from 1.2M to 1.5M in depth with Roman steps to enter. The entire area is surrounded by volcanic stone walls ensuring absolute privacy.

Within a 1-2 minute walk of this beautiful villa, you will find a selection of local bars, restaurants, café, and two provision stores/supermarkets, including some of the best dining options in the Playa Blanca area.
The vibrant shopping centre and resort of Playa Blanca can be accessed in less than 10 minutes by car or public transport. The highly efficient circular bus service operates at 30-minute intervals throughout the day from Faro Park and well into the evening. A taxi-rank is located at the end of the cul-de-sac. The island’s airport is approximately 30 minutes away by car with a regular bus service also available.
