Hannah’s Haven is a beautiful one-bedroom apartment in a superb location in the most sought-after area of Puerto Del Carmen, a five-minute walk to the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants on the popular strip of Avenida de las Playas.

This apartment is maintained to a high standard and is on a very quiet complex, well maintained and offers great value for money. Suitable for couples.

Detail

This first-floor apartment has a double bed, with large built in mirrored wardrobes and a ceiling fan. There is lots of space to store your belongings, including a five-drawer dresser and two bedside cabinets. Best suited to couples.

There is a double sofa bed suitable for two children in the lounge.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a washing machine.

There is private Wi-fi with 40MB down speed [FREE], perfect for those who need to work. There are over 400 English television channels including sports; English radio channels and a video club with over 2,000 movies (many other languages are also catered for). There is also a DVD player with a small selection of DVD’s
There is a large living space with a very comfortable three and single seater suite. There is a sideboard and a portable fan.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, an electric hob, microwave combi oven, coffee machine, kettle, slow cooker, electric wok, saucepans, toaster, separate fridge and freezer. The cupboards and drawers have been recently re-sprayed and are well stocked with pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, etc. and are replaced on a regular basis.

Help yourself to anything in the apartment (tea, coffee, salt, olive oil, washing up liquid, cleaning materials, washing powder, etc.). We are encouraging a ‘use and replace’ system, to avoid wastage and for everyone’s benefit.

There is a breakfast bar with two stools.

There is also an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe.

The apartment is tastefully decorated with pictures on the walls and statues on the balcony, giving a sense of comfort.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, only outside on the balcony.

Pets are not allowed.

The spacious south facing balcony overlooks the beautiful communal sunbathing terraces, gardens and fabulous communal swimming pool, and has incredible views out towards the mountains where you can watch the sunsets every evening.

There is a large table and four wicker style chairs with cushions, ideal for al fresco dining and a smaller table and two chairs on the balcony which enjoys its own privacy. There are also two sun loungers in the balcony storage area.

The balcony has a retractable canopy installed for those hotter summer’s nights.

There is a clothes horse on the wall, line and pegs on the balcony for drying clothes.

The complex has two large swimming pools and a children’s pool. The complex is gated and secure. There is plenty of room for sunbathing either privately on the balcony or at the poolside. Sun loungers are available by the pools.

There is free car parking on the street by the apartment.

Notes

A five-minute walk will take you to the popular strip of Avenida de las Playas, where you will find the beaches, shops, bars and restaurants.

There is a large Spar a four-minute walk away from the apartment. There is a trolley within the storage area on the balcony, use this to make the return journey that bit easier!!!

Access to the apartment is via a key box situated on the wall. The code is provided for the keys prior to arrival, along with our Welcome letter.

The apartment will be clean for your arrival and the bed will be made up. Bath, hand and tea towels will be provided. In addition, we provide beach/pool towels.

Stays of 10 nights or more – the apartment will have a full clean and fresh bed linen.

Rates

Minimum stay is 5 nights. Maximum occupancy is 4.

Hannah’s Haven is priced at £350 per week for 2 guests, extra £5 per night per extra guest.
Competitive rates are available for longer stays.

A higher rate will apply for the Christmas / New Year period. Make an enquiry for a price for your dates.

We will accept payment by Euro.

A 25% deposit secures your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Check in time 14.30 and check out time 11.00 (unless prior arrangements have been made).
