This seafront bungalow is situated in front of the ocean with wonderful views toward both Punta Mujeres and Arrieta. It is a very peaceful location, with only a private promenade separating the property and sea.

The bungalow is modern, comfortable and very well equipped, decorated to an original design by the owner. The large private terrace offers an ideal location for ‘Al Fresco dining, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.
There is a private car park for you on site.
The doors from the private terrace open into the lounge /diner/kitchen. The lounge offers comfortable seating, Satellite TV, DVD player and radio/CD player, plus a collection of books and DVD/CDs.
The kitchen is modern and well equipped with large fridge/freezer, induction hob, microwave/combination oven/grill, also a toaster, kettle and washing machine.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes, safe, hairdryer, clock radio and is delightfully decorated in the ‘Mondrian’ style!
Bedroom 2 has 1/2 single beds, fitted wardrobe, radio, hairdryer and work desk. The bathroom has a large walk in shower, washbasin and WC.
Casitas del Mar is a 2 minute walk from the small local beach and seawater pool, 5 minutes by car to Arrieta, and the beautiful Playa La Garita, sandy beach. There are 2 local supermarkets only 3 minutes from the property, plus local restaurants within easy walking distance either in Punta Mujeres or Arrieta.

The property is self catering but includes towels and linen. Extra towels, linen and cleaning can be offered for a supplement. All the details will be on your booking form and information pack which will be sent to you when you book.
