A superb modern villa in a fantastic location as it is in an elevated position on the perimeter of the complex which affords it privacy and wonderful sea views. The enlarged patio faces due south with gardens directly in front of it and then a view across the harbour to Fuerteventura.

A patio set and sun loungers with large parasol plus a barbecue are provided for your enjoyment outdoors. Inside the property there is 1 twin bedroom, 1 triple bedroom, 1 bunk bedroom and 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite), a lounge/diner and a kitchen.

The villa consists of 1 bedroom with a double and a single bed, 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room,1 bunk bedroom with full single bed size bunks, there is plenty of storage, mosquito nets and security chains in the 2 main bedrooms.The family bathroom has shower over bath, wash basin and w.c.. The kitchen has an oven/ hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster etc. and fitted granite work surfaces.The lounge is modern and comfortable with 2 leather sofas, flat screen TV and a small library of books.

Other facilities in the property include internet TV, hairdryer, safe, washing machine, iron.

Notes

Free wi-fi is included and there is also air conditioning which works on a pay as you go basis. All the villa linen and towels are provided, the villa is fully cleaned with a complete linen and towel change for your arrival, which is repeated at the end of each week. There is also a mid-week towel change and light clean. Pool/beach towels can hired if required. The nearest facilities are as follows:
