A delightful villa in an elevated position with sea glimpses. This property is popular with young and old alike as it has such a pretty partly covered patio with patio set and sun loungers plus a parasol and a barbecue. The pool is approximately 200 meters in front of the property but not visible from there.
The property consists of 1 double bedroom with king size bed and plenty of storage, 1 bunk bedroom (full single bed size bunks), a shower room and lounge/diner. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, (no bath), w.c., wash basin, the kitchen has an oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, kettle and toaster and fitted granite work surfaces. The lounge is comfortable & modern with leather 2 sofas good lighting and a library of books, the dining suite is also modern & practical.

There are approximately 6 steps from the pathway up to the villa which may not be suitable for very young children or the infirm but there is a handrail to assist you.
Notes
Free wi-fi is included and there is also air conditioning which works on a pay as you go basis. All the villa linen and towels are provided, the villa is fully cleaned with a complete linen and towel change for your arrival, which is repeated at the end of each week. There is also a mid-week towel change and light clean. Pool/beach towels can hired if required. The nearest facilities are as follows:
