Casa Talessa V1 is a detached villa with private heated swimming pool and amazing 180 degree sea views encompassing the Marina Rubicon to the east and the lighthouse to the west. The views also take in the islands of Fuerteventura and Los Lobos to the South. It is situated in an elevated position near the end of a cul de sac and so is in a very quiet location.

Casa Talessa V1  is a modern, stylish and comfortable, the whole design of this property has been to take the best advantage of the spectacular view. The accommodation comprises of 3 double bedrooms: 1 with king size bed and en suite shower room, 2 with twin beds, 1 family bathroom.. The en-suite bathroom has a w.c., walk-in shower, wash basin. The 2nd bathroom has a shower over bath, wash basin, and w.c. The lounge has a large picture window looking onto the terrace and views over Playa Blanca and across the sea to Fuerteventura and Los Lobos. In the lounge there is a large flat screen TV with internet TV channels.

There is a door from the lounge onto the terrace and pool area. Sun loungers and a robust parasol plus a patio dining set are situated on the terrace. The main entrance to the house is at the rear into a small vestibule with a small library of books which leads into the lounge, 2 of the bedrooms and the bathroom lead off the lounge in Canarian style. The beds are comfortable with storage underneath and each room has a hairdryer. From the lounge there is an archway into the dining room which is circular and again has the same wonderful views.

The dining room leads into the kitchen which is completely fitted with separate oven/hob, microwave oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, iron.The kitchen door leads out onto a covered dining area on the terrace with a very large static dining table, bench seating and a barbecue with the view being the back drop.

The approximate pool dimensions are as follows: Length 8.8m, Width 5.2m, Depth 1.2m-1.6m with roman steps at each end of the pool i.e.NOT a ladder.

Notes

Free wi-fi is included and there is also air conditioning which works on a pay as you go basis. The villa is fully cleaned with a complete linen and towel change for your arrival, which is repeated at the end of each week. There is also a mid-week towel change and light clean. Pool/beach towels can hired if required. The nearest facilities are as follows:

Supermarket – 5 minutes walk
Restaurants and bars – 10 minutes walk
Beach – 20 minutes walk
