Comprises kitchenette with new sink, taps, 2 ring hob, cooker hood and fridge and microwave with grill and double air fryer. Usual crockery, cutlery wine glasses, cooking utensils, pans and tea towels.
A large bedroom with twin beds, large wardrobe, dresser with mirror, bedside cabinets and bedside lamps. A good size bathroom with shower , sink and storage cabinet.
In the lounge area is a sofa bed , tv, access to balcony. There is an outside laundry (payable locally). Outside is a recently refurbished large pool as well as a child’s pool.
Notes
It is a 5 minute walk to local shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
Cleaning is weekly with towel and linen change.
