Casas del Sol, Playa Blanca is a complex of 128 privately owned villas, set around an attractive heated salt water swimming pool ,in beautiful landscaped gardens. Although just opposite the harbour & within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops & beaches our bungalow is extremely quiet & peaceful.

There is a south faced private terrace with outdoor furniture and sun loungers-a real sun trap.

The complex also features a reception with a small shop , two tennis courts and a boules pitch. The spacious private car park ensures that the complex is predominantly pedestrianised, even though vehicles are permitted access to certain areas to facilitate luggage drop-off.

Multi-lingual reception staff are on hand to assist with any queries.

Casas del Sol is a friendly complex and the perfect place to spend a peaceful, quiet holiday for all ages.

Our bungalow is set well away from the road & is very quiet Outside there is a a large secluded private patio with table & 4chairs, & 2 sun loungers.

Inside there is a large open plan living area living area with comfortable seating & a DVD player & many DVDs and books available for your enjoyment.

The kitchen is very well equipped for self-catering with electric oven, hob, fridge-freezer ,microwave , kettle toaster etc. There is a small kitchen table & 4 chairs .There are two bedrooms.One bedroom has twin beds,the other has full-size bunk beds , but really the house is only suitable for two adults & up to two young children. There is a safe in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a walk in shower.There is an automatic washing machine ,iron & ironing board. A floor standing fan is provided.
Free wifi is available throughout Casas del Sol.

Notes

All linen is provided. Linen & towels are changed weekly , & a midweek cleaning service is included.

A car is not essential but there is a private car park if required. The local and Intercity bus service is excellent and there is a bus stop right outside the complex. The local taxi service is also very good. Nearby attractions include a twice weekly market,three beaches & a beautiful promenade which now stretches to 10 kilometres- perfect for walking. Bikes can be hired or local trips organised through reception.

There is an excellent supermarket 5 minutes walk away , & several restaurants and shops are just a short stroll.

Rates

The rate is from £450/week ( or if preferred can be paid in Euros , at the current exchange rate). In May & June the pool will be closed for refurbishment when this low rate is offered.

Until May , the rate is £470/week, rising to £500/week after the beginning of June. If young children are also staying there is an additional charge of £10/ person/night
