It is situated within a 5 minute walk on the flat to the beaches, local supermarkets and the many restaurants and bars.
Free WiFi is available along with extensive UK and Irish TV channels on a large flat screen TV and there is air conditioning in the bedroom.

Entering from the terrace through the patio doors into the open plan lounge area there is a large L shaped sofa , coffee table and a wall mounted flat screen TV.
There is a well equipped fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery etc.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower, toilet and a wall mounted vanity unit with basin. There is also a built in cupboard housing the boiler, ironing board, iron and hair dryer.
The air conditioned bedroom has twin beds with side tables. There is also a large built in wardrobe with hanging and space shelving.
