Que Bueno Canarias Awards

Annually “Qué Bueno Canarias” gives awards to the top restaurants and chefs spread over all the Canary Islands, across 10 different categories.

These awards are synonymous of culinary excellence, represented by the best gastronomic proposals that the archipelago has to offer.

They not only recognise the trajectory achieved through effort and excellence, but also the capacity of each restaurant to conquer the most demanding palates with daring, original and first-class proposals.

These are the Lanzarote nominees for the 14th edition of the awards:

 Best Restauration Project: Le Petit Jardin in Playa Blanca

Best Tasca/Gastrobar: Primario Gastrobar in Arrecife

Best Hotel Restaurant: 
Alarz at the Arrecife Gran Hotel & Spa in Arrecife and
Palacio Ico at Hotel Boutique Palacio Ico in Teguise

Best Foreign Cuisine: 
Kaori in Puerto del Carmen,
La Casa del Parmigiano in Puerto del Carmen and
Mumbai Masala Rubicón in Playa Blanca

Best Spanish Cuisine: Liken and La Casa Roja, both in Playa Blanca

Best Canarian Cuisine: 
Castillo de San José in Arrecife, 
Palacio Ico in Teguise and
Tacande in Haría

Best Service: 
Dunas de Famara in Caleta de Famara and  
Isla de Lobos in Playa Blanca

Best Chef in the Canaries: 
Victor Valverde from Palacio Ico in Teguise
Germán Blanco from Brisa Marina in Playa Blanca

Best Canarian Restaurant: La Bodega de Santiago in Yaiza

In this edition, Lanzarote is present in all categories except for Best Grill Restaurant.  

The overall winners will be announced at a gala that will take place on the 16th of March 2026 in our very own Jameos del Agua’s Auditorium.
