The apartment is in a pleasant and secure complex consisting of 8 one bedroom apartments surrounding a communal pool and sunbathing terrace.

The apartment is on the first floor, sleeps 2 comfortably and is very spacious and modern.

The lounge area is roomy with 2 comfortable settees, modern furniture, TV with U.K. channels BBC /ITV along with Movie and Sports channels. Free WIFI.

Fully fitted Oak kitchen with granite worktops and breakfast bar with 2 stools. Full-size oven with 3 hobs, fridge and microwave. The cupboards are well stocked with pots, pans, glasses etc which are replaced on a regular basis.

The bedroom has a double bed with a luxury comfortable mattress. Built in oak wardrobes with a free safe and a four drawer unit giving plenty of storage space. Hairdryer is provided.

The bathroom is fully tiled with a large walk in shower, sink with underneath storage, toilet and a washing machine for guests to use free of charge. Bath, hand, tea and beach towels are provided.

The balcony is west facing with a mosaic table with 2 wicker cushioned chairs for comfortable alfresco dining and 2 wicker cushioned sun-beds for private sunbathing. There are also 2 sun loungers downstairs which belong to our apartment for use around the pool.

The private pool area is a wonderful area to relax and secure due to the locked gate. There is plenty of room for sunbathing either privately on the balcony or at the poolside. The pool is just at the bottom of our stairs. Best of both worlds.

Location

Located in a quiet, residential area in the centre of Puerto del Carmen near enough to all the Nightlife but far enough to still be quiet & relaxing. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the promenade, the beach, numerous shops, restaurants and bars.

All visitors receive our complimentary welcome pack to help you settle in consisting of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, water, bottle of wine, washing-up liquid & washing powder. If you require anything else, please contact us and we try our best to organise anything extra you may need for your arrival.

English owner who lives on the island and available to meet and greet and to answer any questions.
