Lanzarote now has premium versions of the tours to two off our most iconic attractions. The new tours are branded Insólita and aim to take visitors to parts that tourists have never been before at Timanfaya and Jameos del Agua.
Both premium tours are full guided in small groups, and include an aperitif and some tapas at the end of it.
Timanfaya Insólita Monañas de Fuego Tour
A premium experience in which you will feel the volcanic strength and energy of the Timanfaya National Park, being able to access, in a small group, spaces that are usually restricted during the normal visit of the Ruta de los Volcanes.
Accompanied by a private guide, you will have the opportunity to stop at one of the most surprising places in the park, the Montaña Rajada volcano, and ascend along the path that leads us to the impressive viewpoint of the Lava Sea.
You’ll learn about the geology and volcanism of the park, and enjoying the geothermal demonstrations from the heat that still emanates from the heart of the volcano You will also visit the “Refuge of Tinecheide”, on the Hilario Islet, the centre of the Fire Mountains and the space created by César Manrique in the El Diablo Restaurant, where the visit will end with an aperitif and a chance to taste local products paired with Lanzarote wines.

Jameos del Agua Insólita Tour
An exciting journey through volcanism, geology and the perfect symbiosis reached between art and nature in the emblematic volcanic tube transformed by César Manrique.
The tour starts in the Jameo Chico, from which you can see the Atlántida Tunnel in which up to 38 different species live, and takes the visitor to see the Jameo de La Cazuela, a space that has been restricted to visitors until now , which is accessed through the imposing stage of the Auditorium.
La Cazuela is a unique place that is open to the public exclusively for private events, where we can see two interior waterfalls and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this hidden area.
This guided tour will take place in small groups and concludes at the Galería bar, where you will enjoy an aperitif of local products and Lanzarote wine.
The price is €35 and the tour lasts 1.5 hours.
