The dining room & patio have superb views over the valley.
We have a heated pool which is always held to 29 degrees minimum.
Please note that this is an adults-only property, except during school holidays, when children 6+ are welcome.
We are sorry but the property is not suitable for babies and toddlers.

IMPORTANT NOTE REGARDING THE SWIMMING POOL.
Whilst the swimming pool works on a ‘shared’ basis, it is only shared with a maximum of 2 other guests who may have booked the Penthouse (Adults only, no Children).
It is also important to point out that from the terrace / patio of the main house you cannot see the swimming pool and likewise, anyone in the pool cannot see you either. It’s a very private area and a fair distance away from the patio area of the house. I.e. If you are sat having a morning coffee on the terrace, you cannot see the pool.
Large Poolside Barbecue Area (The patio / terrace of the main house also has its own private Barbecue).
Large Table with Seating for 10 people.
On a final note, all consumables like dishwasher tablets, washing powders, bin liners, firewood (for the cooler winter evenings) and drinking water are all supplied free of charge for the duration of your stay.

House Rules And Notes
Its not wise to book if you are not animal friendly as we live next door and have dogs and cats (which are no bother, very friendly and highly likely to come and say hello as you enter the property grounds)….
It is also important to note that we are a ‘quiet’ rental… if you want to party by the pool with music till the early hours, definitely don’t book with us!!! We’re more about peace, quiet, nature, nurture! – We are an adults only rental but are very happy to accommodate children over 6 years old during the school holidays.
Check in time is 16:00 and check out is 11:00 (We can be flexible on this if we have availability). – In the winter / cooler months the pool has a dome cover over it to ensure a warm water temperature is maintained and thus, swimming is enjoyable. We’ll always remove the dome if its a nice, warm sunny day, but on cooler, cloudy days the dome must remain closed to ensure the pool stays nice and warm for our guests!
We do supply a welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Water and a few other treats – for any late arrivals we’ll do our best to accommodate any other requests you may have, especially for late arrivals – we’ve very happy to get some shopping in for you!
For Christmas and NYE bookings please note that bookings can be either 7 or 14 nights +.
