The property features superb views across the Haria ‘Valley of a Thousand Palms’ and sits on a 5000 square meter land plot with 14 Palm Tree’s of our own and much bird life!

We have a heated swimming pool set to a minimum of 29 degrees and the apartment is fully Air Conditioned.

The kitchen is fitted with a high quality Silestone® work top. In addition to the above there is of course a toaster and kettle.

All cutlery, crockery and kitchenware provided is to an excellent standard, for homestyle quality cooking.

The beautiful view from the kitchen window looks across our gardens and the Haria valley.

The Bathroom

A spacious bathroom with separate rain drop shower and traditional Cambridge roll top bathtub, in addition to WC and wash basin.

A fantastic, large space with vaulted ceiling.

The view from the large lounge window is truly stunning with views across Haria Valley and beyond.

The Hergom® wood burner sits on a raised volcanic rock plinth and is a real feature for the room. In addition to the fireplace, there is a stunning Minka-Aire® ceiling fan in the centre of the lounge vaulted ceiling.

The apartment is fitted with high speed internet usually around300Mps.

New for 2025 we have a Panasonic Air Conditioning and heating  system for fully climate controlled room temperature. 

The lounge has a comfortable 3 seater leather sofa with chaise longue along with a solid wood dining table and chairs with seating for 4 people.

Our stocked drinks bar also included, with many choices for a nightcap!

The bedroom

This really is an exceptional room, offering 180 degree panoramic views across the valley with far reaching views down to the ocean too.

Penthouse bedroom features include a quality King Size bed with firm mattress along with superb Egyptian cotton bedding. The bed is raised so that guests can enjoy the stunning views in relaxed comfort.

For a touch of class, the room is also fitted with electric blinds all round. At the touch of a button you can have complete blackout and privacy in a few seconds via the remote control system (the lounge also carries this feature).

The Roof Garden

From the large french sliding doors you head out on to the private roof garden, complete with sun loungers and solid wood table and chairs.

The private garden has many flowers and herbs along with a grass area perfect for sunbathing.

The Heated Swimming Pool.

Its a decent size of 12 x 5 meters and never below 30 degrees, even in winter!

The pool works on a shared bases but only with our Main House Guests (generally adults only). 

On a final note, all consumables like dishwasher tablets, washing powders, bin liners, firewood (for the cooler winter evenings) and drinking water are all supplied free of charge for the duration of your stay.

The swimming pool is a 12 metre heated indoor / outdoor swimming pool and is heated to a constant 30 degrees. The pool works on a shared basis but only with our main house guests (generally adults only), no body else.

Notes

Its not wise to book if you are not animal friendly as we live next door and have dogs and cats (which are no bother, very friendly and highly likely to come and say hello as you enter the property grounds)….

• It is also important to note that we are a ‘quiet’ rental… if you want to party by the pool with music till the early hours, definitely don’t book with us!!! We’re more about peace, quiet, nature, nurture! – We are an adults only rental but are very happy to accommodate children over 6 years old during the school holidays. 

• The Penthouse is a shoes off property due to the oak flooring. 

• Check in time is 16:00 and check out is 11:00 (We can be flexible on this if we have availability). – In the winter / cooler months the pool has a dome cover over it to ensure a warm water temperature is maintained and thus, swimming is enjoyable. We’ll always remove the dome if its a nice, warm sunny day, but on cooler, cloudy days the dome must remain closed to ensure the pool stays nice and warm for our guests!

• We do supply a welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Milk, Sugar, Water and a few other treats – for any late arrivals we’ll do our best to accommodate any other requests you may have, especially for late arrivals – we’ve very happy to get some shopping in for you!

For Christmas and NYE bookings please note that bookings can be either 7 or 14 nights +.

This apartment can be combined with the main house, sleeping a total of 8 people.
