“Cenas de una Noche de Verano” is a yearly gastronomic initiative in Lanzarote that foodies look forward to.
During the months of July, August and September, 9 different renowned chefs -mainly from Lanzarote, one from Tenefire and one from mainland Spain- will offer their original and unique menus, with special emphasis on Kilometer 0 produce, at Chiringuito Tropical on the Promenade in Playa Blanca, next to the Hotel Royal Mónica.

Monday 13th: Yeray Gil from Primario Gastrobar, winner of the Best Enyesque in Lanzarote 2022.
August
Monday 5th: Pedro Nel from Etéreo by Pedro Nel in Tenerife- recommended by Guía Repsol 2022 and 2023.
Friday 9th: Luis Benito from the very Chiringuito Tropical – with one Solete from the Guía Repsol.
Monday 12th: Rubén Rivera from Citurna Casual Food.
Tuesday 13th: Diego Blanco from Mesón Pincelín in Almansa (mainland Spain) – recommended by Guía Repsol 2023-24.
Monday 19th: Gonzalo Calzadilla from Isla de Lobos – with one Sol from Guía Repsol 2020-2024.
Friday 23rd: Maikel López from Chiringuito Tropical, too – with one Solete from the Guía Repsol.
Monday 26th: João Faraco from Coentro – recommended by Guía Repsol 2021-2024.

The menus each chef creates tend to be disclosed closer to the day of their dinner, often at short notice. Each menu has a price of €55 per person, excluding the drinks.
