Ruta De La Tapa – Teguise

“Enyesque” is a Canarian term used for a small portion of food that is served to accompany drinks. So basically, it’s Canarian for “tapas”.

The 3rd edition of Teguise’s “Ruta del Enyesque” will take place from Thursday, 18th to Sunday, 21st of November, 2021.

This year is not limited to the old capital of the island but there are “tapas” offered in other villages of the municipality. Also, there are a few places that will have live music during the Ruta, whether they offer a Tapa or not.
