Club Las Calas are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager.
Motivated Sales Manager with marketing experience required for a large, well-established owner managed resort, Club Las Calas, Puerto Del Carmen, Lanzarote
The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and implementing the sale of different long and short term products. Generating new ideas to provide sales leads will also be a key feature. The Sales and Marketing Manager will lead a sales team in a confident and positive manner, to enable them to reach goals and objectives set.
The successful applicant will have a proven sales background with exceptional managerial and motivational skills, good communication and IT skills. A good understanding of the different social media platforms, especially Facebook, is needed as well as having the knowledge to develop and utilise these platforms to benefit the Club. Marketing will play a role in this position, generating leads, facilitating innovative ways to encourage on-site Owners and guests to purchase products and leading to increase sales revenue. Fluent English is essential both written and spoken and a knowledge of Spanish would be a great advantage.
