Club Las Calas in Puerto Del Carmen is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with a good knowledge of wines, spirits and a passion for fresh, quality food; together with a desire to deliver excellent levels of service to lead their F & B team in the 2 onsite bars/ restaurants.
The role consists of managing the two on-site venues, developing the facilities into successful locations offering consistent quality of service and produce. Both have been closed for most of the last year so this is an excellent challenge for the right person.
This is a full time position and includes working a variety of shifts including weekends, this is not a 9 to 5 position and the successful candidate will be expected to be fully hands on working alongside the team.
The successful candidate will need to be a brilliant leader, motivator, communicator and team player. Spanish and English speaking essential, other languages are an advantage.
