Vive Libre is the island’s totally gluten free restaurant, offering a wide choice of foods and even 11 different beers.
Mike and Nicola, who run the place, had some good news this week, when they found they have recently been ranked number 9 on the top 100 list of gluten free restaurants in the world, on the well known “Find Me Gluten Free” app.
The menu at Vive Libre offers traditional Spanish tapas dishes, as well as a range of salads and burgers, all completely gluten free. They are located at CC Costa Luz in Puerto del Carmen, upstairs.
Congratulations to Mike and Nicola on a fantastic achievement and also on the second anniversary, this week, of Vive Libre opening.
