There are plenty of live music bars to enjoy around Puerto del Carmen. We wanted to share our top five live music venues that we’d recommend checking out in this resort during your holiday in Lanzarote.
The Island Live Music Bar
The Island Live Music Bar is open 6 nights a week from 8pm, closed on Thursdays. There’s a lively acoustic set from 21:45 – 12:30 with music through until 2AM
The bar is situated in the old town on Calle Tenerife which cuts through from Calle Roque Nublo to the harbour, next to Da Vincis restaurant. Their motto is Sing every song like it’s the first time you ever sang it …and the last chance you might ever get to sing it!
American Indian Café
The American Indian Café or AIC as it’s commonly known is open all day serving great food as well as live music in the evenings. Situated on the main Avenida de Las Playas between the Playa Grande beach and Centro Atlantico.
Craic n’ Ceól
The Craic, as it’s known locally has been in existence since 1995 with a great reputation for live music. Open 6pm to 2am.
Situated on Calle Los Jameos just past the Biosfera shopping centre on the way down to the harbour, next door to the French Restaurant Montmartre.
The Big Easy
This American Style Diner has received mixed reviews for food, drinks and service since opening in December 2013. But they have some excellent live bands on during the evenings.
Situated on the Avenida de Las Playas, the venue is open 7 nights a week.
There was no clear choice for the 5th of the live music bars, so instead we thought we’d mention the three we were struggling to decide from and you can make your own decision…..
The Dubliner Live Music Lounge.
O’Reilly’s Restaurant & Live Music Bar.
Africa Bar Lanzarote.
