“Cenas de una Noche de Verano” is a yearly gastronomic initiative in Lanzarote that foodies won’t want to miss.

During the months of July, August and September, 14 different renowned chefs will offer their original and unique menus, with special emphasis on Kilometre 0 produce, at Chiringuito Tropical on the Promenade in Playa Blanca, next to the Hotel Royal Mónica.

The highlight of this 2022 edition is a nod to La Palma, with the chef from La Gatera, Mariana Hernández.
It will also have the participation of:
– Paco Medina from Alarz
– Jorge Vitoria from Atípico Ambigú
– André Furtado from Casual Gatrobar
– Francisco Galdón from Dreams Lanzarote
– and Luis Benito, the chef at Chiringuito Tropical himself
