The Dining area is spacious with a table that comfortably seats 10 people.
The luxury Lanzarote villa boasts 5 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms (three en-suite). All bathrooms include baths with the Master Bathrooms having ones big enough for two. Three bathrooms also have large walk-in showers. Four bedrooms have stunning views over the terrace to the sea beyond and one bedroom has views to the well tendered garden. The villa has air conditioning throughout the bedrooms, lounge and dining areas.
The glistening 12 meter heated swimming pool of this luxury Lanzarote villa has roman steps at each end and is gently sloping from one end to the other. The pool provides a fantastic focal point to gaze across the water to views beyond. A baby pool is there for added comfort when travelling with younger children. For further relaxation a hot tub is also featured which again provides a fitting setting to enjoy the panoramic views of Mountains, Sea and neighbouring islands. The minimum stay in VBVB is 7 nights (check in after 16.00 – check out by 10.00). Special prices with increasing discount for longer stays. Maximum occupancy is for 10 adults + 2 infants (cot and highchair free).
Included in the price are initial cleaning and preparation, linen and house and pool towels, WIFI, Air-con, Internet TV.
Electric heating of the pools is included from November to April; extra charge of euro 250/week from May to October.
