This stunning villa is located in a peaceful residential area of Playa Blanca called Aguamarina which is adjacent to Faro Park.
Situated close to the sea front, with lovely views overlooking the lighthouse and Fuerteventura, the promenade offers a scenic and relaxing walk into the town centre
There are local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) within a 10 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient.
Playa Blanca main beaches and tourist attractions are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 15 to 20 min stroll away).
That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.
This beautiful property has 3 bedrooms, the Master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and leads onto ensuite bathroom. Adjacent to the bedroom is a private upper roof terrace where you can lounge on the sun beds or sit at the table & chairs to soak in the sea views.
Bedroom no. 2 has a Super-King bed with an ensuite bathroom complete with a walk in shower.
Bedroom no. 3 has 2 Queen-size beds with access to a bathroom which has a bath with a shower over. Photos of the bedrooms to follow. There are fans in all bedrooms.
The spacious airy lounge has been beautifully and tastefully decorated. A large flatscreen TV with internet TV channels (BBC, ITV, C4, C5, SKY Sports, BT Sports and SKY Movies), DVD player with DVD’s and free WIFI. Large french doors open up to allow access to the terrace area and the swimming pool.
There is an elegantly decorated inside dining area for relaxing evening cuisine. This room also has a second lounging area complete with luxurious sofas to relax and enjoy viewing an another flatscreen TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster & even a Nespresso coffee maker (please bring your own capsules), there is also a washing machine.
Outside you will find a private, electrically heated 8m x 4m swimming pool and fabulous hot tub.The garden is beautifully maintained with large palm trees and several large plants offering privacy. At night the gardens are transformed with coloured lights creating a lovely and atmospheric setting for al fresco dining or just relaxing with a chilled glass of wine.
On the main terrace there is a Canarian BBQ with a marble preparation area and lighting for the budding chefs. There are sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun, as well as an alfresco table and chairs to enjoy an aperitif and local cuisine.
All towels are provided, including pool towels.
No smoking allowed in the villa.
A cot & highchair are provided along with 3 hairdryers and a safe.

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 6.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A £5 ADMIN BOOKING FEE
Please note the rates shown are for 4 persons per week. Please add £100 per additional person per week up to a maximum of 6 in total. A cot and high chair are also available on request.
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
