The lounge area has aircon (coin operated) and a large 50 inch TV with IPTV which includes BBC and ITV channels with DVD player and an ipod docking station.
The kitchen is fully equipped and as the owner is a chef you should find all you need for a self catering holiday. All mod cons are supplied with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and even a Tassimo Expresso Coffee Maker (please bring your own capsules). A washing machine is in the utility area.
The master bedroom has coin operated air-conditioning, a superking size bed and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has a king size bed with a fan provided.
The third bedroom has twin beds with fans.
The second and third bedrooms share the family bathroom.
Outside you will find the private pool area with 6 sun loungers, 2 easy chairs and the alfresco dining area.
The pool is 7.5 x 4m in size and ranges from approximately 1.2m to 1.7m in depth and is electrically heated with roman steps to gain access.
A luxury Hot tub has been installed for your use for a warm soak to ease away any aches and pains and to enjoy star gazing with something cool to drink.
A Canarian brick BBQ is also provided for your use.
All linen and hand/bath/tea towels are provided for your convenience including beach/pool towels.

Pricing
The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 6.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A £5 ADMIN BOOKING FEE
A cot and high chair are also available on request.
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
