This villa for rent in Playa Blanca Lanzarote is located in a peaceful residential area called Faro Park which is approximately 3 kms out of Playa Blanca itself but situated close to the beautiful sea front promenade towards the lighthouse that runs into Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. There are a row of local amenities (2 provision stores, bars, restaurants, cafes etc.) around a 15 minute walk away, which makes this area quite self-sufficient but the main beaches and amenities are around a 40-50 minute walk (although another beautiful row of bars/restaurants and some sandy coves are only about a 25 minute walk away). That said, there is also a very efficient bus service that runs on a regular basis every 30 mins, together with easy access to taxis which can take you in to Playa Blanca or the Marina Rubicon within a matter of a few minutes. The airport is approximately 35 minutes drive from this area.

A beautiful Villa furnished to the highest standard with fabulous taste. Great sea views and a beautiful garden.
The Villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one en-suite. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level all with luxury linen and all have fully fitted wardrobes, the 4th bedroom is in an apartment on the lower floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam mattress and has patio doors leading to the pool/terrace area. A hairdryer and fans are also provided for your convenience. Both bathrooms are tiled in marble throughout.
The light airy lounge is furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture and a typical Canarian cushioned seating area, traditional wood and local artefacts which makes for a very luxurious feel. Suspended from the peaked ceiling is an original venetian glass chandelier! There is a flat screen TV providing ITV, BBC & Channel 4/5, together with Sky (majority but not all) channels and a DVD player. For those who still have to work, internet access (Wifi) is available in this Villa. There is also an IPod docking station.
The kitchen has all the usual mod cons, oven/hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge freezer. Even the crockery is Jasper Conran Wedgewood. Everything that has gone into this Villa is to the highest standard for the discerning customer. The washing machine is downstairs in the utility room.
The shaded Alfresco dining area has a large marble table which seats up to 10 people where you can enjoy a BBQ whilst watching the sun set over the horizon. There is a further dining table and chairs for those who like to dine in the sunshine.
There is a separate apartment on the lower floor which has a bedroom, shower room, large lounge area and kitchenette. It has total access to the upper main floor.
Please note that the apartment will only be available for parties of 8.
The pool, which is approximately 8m x 4m in size and 1.2m to 1.7m deep, is electrically heated with a salt chlorinator which is great for skin conditions and softer on the skin. 6 sun loungers with cushions have been provided for relaxing by the pool and admiring the Volcano and the sea views!! There is also a beautiful garden with 30 palms and trees, 20 bourgainvilleas and more than 60 orange and red hibiscus. This is really a great place to relax and enjoy those stunning views.
Linen, bath/hand/tea towels are all provided but you do need to bring your own beach/pool towels.

The villa is available to rent on a weekly basis or for a shorter duration subject to availability. Any arrival day is considered subject to availability. The Villa sleeps a maximum of 8.
ALL RESERVATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A £5 ADMIN BOOKING FEE
A cot and high chair are also available on request.
We require a deposit of 50% to secure your booking. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure.
