The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and the third with twin beds.
The villa has a large modern fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. Filtered water means no lugging of heavy water bottles
The sun drenched vast terrace has a private pool heated to around 28 degrees with steps and handrail to aid ingress and egress for younger children and those more mature guests. On the terrace is the pool table, the hot tub and a large table for alfresco dining.
The villa has a FREE safe for your valuables and FREE super fast Broadband giving robust Wifi inside the villa and on the terrace
The villa is only a 5 min stroll to the nearest bars, restaurant and shops. The Golden sandy beaches of Las Cucharas are a few minutes further walk, where there is plenty to do for all ages and even more shops, bars and restaurants.
There is an artisan market every Wednesday and Friday evening in Costa Teguise in the square of Pueblo Marinero, and a farmers market every Tuesday morning.
A car is not necessary, although the villa has a block paved driveway with parking for 2 cars if required.
The villa also has a two bedroom annexe, which can be rented as well, and is ideal for large families, where some members want separate accommodation very close by. The two properties are never rented out to separate clients, so if you rent either, you will have sole access to all the facilities.

Rates
£1195 per week based on two persons, each additional person is charged at £105 per week.

A refundable damage deposit of £250 is payable when the balance is due
A 20% deposit is required to secure your reservation with the balance (plus the refundable damage deposit) falling due one month prior to your holiday

Check Out time is no later than 10:00
Check in time is no earlier than 14:00
For a later check out time than 10:00 it is recommended to reserve an extra night particularly if you have a late flight
